This project explores user interactions during travel, focusing on stress points like time pressure, navigation, and battery reliance, while also serving as an investigation into Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) to enhance the user’s emotional and tactile experience. By mapping user journeys and identifying pain points, the design evolved into a concept that reduces travel stress while communicating comfort and functionality through carefully chosen materials, textures, and finishes. The project combines interaction design with CMF exploration to create a more intuitive and aesthetically engaging travel solution.
